These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WatchRadar+ mobile application ("App") and related services. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and Semerjian Digital LLC.
1. Subscription
WatchRadar+ offers auto-renewing subscription plans. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
2. License
This App is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or interfere with its normal operation.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
