Common Issues
Import Issues
Problem: Watchlist import fails
Solution:
- Verify your CSV file is from Letterboxd™
- Check the file format matches the expected structure
- Ensure the file is not corrupted
- Try importing a smaller subset of movies
Streaming Availability
Problem: Availability not updating
Solution:
- Check your internet connection
- Tap the Refresh button to manually check availability
- Ensure you have selected your streaming platforms from Platforms
- Check if background refresh is enabled (Premium feature)
- If issues persist, try closing and reopening the app
