Common Issues

Import Issues

Problem: Watchlist import fails

Solution:

  1. Verify your CSV file is from Letterboxd™
  2. Check the file format matches the expected structure
  3. Ensure the file is not corrupted
  4. Try importing a smaller subset of movies

Streaming Availability

Problem: Availability not updating

Solution:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Tap the Refresh button to manually check availability
  3. Ensure you have selected your streaming platforms from Platforms
  4. Check if background refresh is enabled (Premium feature)
  5. If issues persist, try closing and reopening the app
